
Carrie Boots, RN, MSN, APRN-BC, OCN
Carrie Boots came to Fort Wayne Medical Oncology and Hematology in 2006 after serving as a registered nurse and clinical coordinator at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne for eight years. She earned a master’s degree in nursing at Ball State University and has been an oncology-certified nurse since 2005.

- Spending time with her husband and their three children. An avid sports fan, especially of the Indianapolis Colts.
